The Law Offices of Mary J. Drury & Associates, established in 2012, is a boutique practice that focuses on business and real estate transactions, business succession, and business purchase and sale.

Ms. Drury is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.   AV Rating   Most recently, Ms. Drury was honored by Chambers USA for Real Estate for 2015.  Ms. Drury was recently named to the Las Vegas Business Press 2014 List of Female Business Leaders and in November 2013, Ms. Drury was named to the 2014 Special Edition of Distinguished Women in Nevada.   Ms. Drury was previously named by Chambers USA as a Leader in the Field of Real Estate for 2012.  Previously, Drury was named a Leader in the Field of Real Estate for 2011 by Chambers International and was also named by Best Lawyers in America in the specialties of Corporate Law and Real Estate Law for 2011 and 2012.  She has received numerous other awards in recognition of her expertise and experience and has presented and written extensively on these subjects.  She has excellent planning and drafting skills and the ability to clearly communicate and educate on complex subjects.  She brings to the table a wealth of client and business experience.

Ms. Drury serves on the Executive Committees of the State Bar of Nevada’s Real Property Law Section and Business Law Section, which, among other things, draft statutes for consideration and adoption by the legislature of the State of Nevada.

Before starting the Law Offices of Mary J. Drury & Associates, Ms. Drury was a shareholder and chair of the transactional department at Marquis Aurbach Coffing  Early in her career, she had worked at Schreck Morris (currently known as Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck), Station Casinos, Inc., and Sigma Game, Inc.

Ms. Drury has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Print Journalism from the University of Southern California, with a minor in Business Administration. She graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.
